Lurex® Bourdon and Space Gimp. Slit Lurex® film is wrapped tightly around a core yarn producing Bourdon Gimp. For Space Gimp, the Lurex® doesn’t fully cover the core yarn which is visible inbetween the Lurex® wrapping thread.
