Lurex® Production
With our focus on sustainability we have invested in new machinery to ensure minimal waste output including state of the art winding technology that consumes the lowest amount of energy in the market.
Installed in 2020 our new Bi-coning machinery is at the forefront of modern technology enabling us to provide high quality yarn with a stylish and professional finish that can be reliably used straight from Bi-Cones without issue.
Thanks to our unique slitting methods we are able to produce yarns of consistent high quality that can be unwound with ease and fluidity.

In 2019 we invested in our CNC Grinding machine allowing us to produce our own knives needed to slit our yarns in our own unique way. Having this machinery puts us in a strong position as market leaders for future developments.
Our most recent investment in 2021 is in our primary slitting operation allowing us to work with films from 6 – 200micron and cut smaller width webs to supply finer yarns.
All of our production procedures are implemented to reduce waste. We care about fashion and we care about our environment.
